Job descriptionManage end-to-end Performance Management Cycle (goal setting, mid-year reviews, appraisals). Drive Employee Engagement initiatives from design to execution, ensuring measurable impact. Implement attrition management strategies and retention plans. Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements. Maintain accurate HR records and reporting through HRMS platforms (Workday, SAP, Zoho, etc.). Prepare and manage HR budgets, including cost optimization initiatives. Partner with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and hiring strategies. Support learning and development programs aligned with business needs. Lead Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and cultural interventions. Use advanced Excel skills for HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting. Create impactful presentation decks for leadership reviews and HR updates. Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication; excellent email etiquette. Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders in a matrix structure. Technical Skills : Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards). Proficiency in HRMS tools (Workday, SAP, Zoho, or similar). Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint). HR Expertise : Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Attrition Management. Budgeting and CSR program execution. Solid grounding in labour laws and compliance. Behavioural : Mature, presentable, and professional demeanour. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work in different shifts if required. Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field from a reputed HR institution. Minimum 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably in Real Estate, Engineering, or Manufacturing sectors. Experience managing an employee base of 700+ and multiple stakeholders.

This role demands strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, matrix environment.
