About the Role
As Manager – HRBP, you will act as a strategic partner with the
Sales & Marketing team , managing the complete HR lifecycle from
Talent Acquisition to Employee Engagement & Retention . This role is critical in building organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and driving HR strategies aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales Leadership on
workforce planning, succession planning & capability building .
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
within defined timelines.
Implement and optimize
sales incentive policies, rewards & recognition programs .
Drive
employee engagement & HR Connects
across geographies.
Resolve employee relations issues, conflicts & disciplinary actions.
Monitor and improve
training & development effectiveness .
Maintain
HR analytics, dashboards & sales policy benchmarking .
Lead initiatives for
Diversity & Inclusion, performance management & compensation .
