Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage various functions within the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations to ensure a smooth and efficient HR process across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Onboarding :

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process : job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.

Conduct employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement :

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support.

Assist in implementing employee engagement programs and recognition activities.

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

3. Performance Management :

Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and maintain performance records.

Support the implementation of KPIs, goal setting, and employee feedback systems.

4. HR Operations & Administration :

Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or HR databases.

Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with the finance team.

Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation as required.

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation :

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .

1 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles (freshers with strong HR internships can also apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, ATS, or payroll systems).

Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices .
