Position Summary : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. HR Associate to join our HR team. Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment Support : Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates.

Employee Records Management : Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.

Onboarding Assistance : Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and guiding new hires.

Employee Queries : Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

HR Operations : Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Training Coordination : Help organize training sessions and track employee development activities.

Compliance Support : Ensure HR activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Employee Engagement : Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help plan workplace events.

HR Reporting : Compile and maintain reports on HR metrics as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
