Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment Support : Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates.

Employee Engagement : Support employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive work environment.

HR Administration : Maintain employee records, update databases, and ensure documentation accuracy.

Onboarding : Assist in onboarding activities, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.

Policy Compliance : Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards.

Payroll Assistance : Provide administrative support in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Event Coordination : Help plan and execute HR events and training sessions.

Qualifications :
