Position Summary : We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our HR team. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to support various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruitment : Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Onboarding : Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Relations : Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
  • HR Administration : Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Compliance : Ensure all HR activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Performance Management : Assist in the performance appraisal process, including data collection and reporting.
  • Training and Development : Help coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.
  • Policy Implementation : Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
  • Reporting : Generate reports on HR metrics and provide insights for management review.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
