We are looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Leader to help lead and support Talent Acquisition across the region. You will play a critical role in defining, designing, improving and scaling our best practices, recruiting processes, tools and capabilities. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of talent initiatives designed to attract and select high-performing, high-potential employees who will drive the business forward. In addition to leading talent acquisition for the region, you'll support global projects to improve upon core talent acquisition processes, systems, tools and strategies. Projects could include employer branding, recruiter capability curriculum, AI (artificial intelligence) and ATS optimizations, for example. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Global Talent Acquisition Delivery.
What do we want to know about you?
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency environment,
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing, engaging and developing a large, dispersed Talent Acquisition team
- Demonstrated ability as a Talent Advisor with the capability to create comprehensive strategies, appropriately influence, and make sound leadership decisions
- MBA strongly preferred; equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Inspire, grow and nurture a team of engaged recruiting partners and professionals who deliver on the business hiring needs; meeting time and quality expectationsPartner with key business leadership to understand future plans in order to design the regional talent acquisition initiatives.Lead all external and internal talent acquisition for the region which includes delivering optimal stakeholder management, talent sourcing and recruiting, interviewing solutions, candidate experience, job offers, and feedback mechanismsManage, develop and engage a high-performing TA team, building functional and leadership capability within the team and adequate resourcing for current and future needsDevelop recruitment strategies based on labor market and competitive analysis, benchmarking and survey dataCollaborate across the region to advance TA and diversity programs that benefit the region as a wholeContinuously create and nurture relationships with external agencies / sources of talent, develop creative and alternative external sources of talent and keep on leading edge of external recruitment best practicesSupport and lead the development of TA metrics and analytics to increase the effectiveness of recruitment and selection; provide TA reporting regarding status of current open roles to all stakeholdersYou may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.This role is also eligible for a performance bonus].
