About the Role :

We're on the lookout for a highly organized and dynamic Executive to the Founders of TheGusto (Eko). This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks, you'll act as the strategic right hand to the leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, timely execution of action items, and enhanced organizational efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Founders of a fast-growing, purpose-driven brand in the premium vegan fashion space, contributing to both strategic and operational aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to both Founders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and personal tasks.
• Manage daily task lists and drive action items to completion across teams on behalf of the Founders.
• Track and maintain MIS reports and follow up on data submissions across departments.
• Coordinate the hiring process — screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and closing hires as per Founders' requirements.
• Maintain strong follow-up on all pending deliverables and ensure timely updates to the Founders.
• Act as a liaison between the Founders and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Apply logical and analytical thinking to identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and improve internal workflows.
• Assist in integrating technology into the company's marketing, sales, and operational strategies — exploring and implementing tools such as Bitespeed, CRM systems, and automation platforms to improve efficiency and engagement.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments (personal or professional) as directed by the Founders.
