- Job Summary
The Channel Partner & Marketing Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding the channel partner network, managing existing partner relationships, driving site visits, and supporting the marketing team with on-ground activities such as hoardings, collaterals, and branding. This is a hybrid Sales + Marketing role requiring strong communication, high field activity, and relationship-building skills.

- Key Responsibilities

- 1. Channel Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, meet, and onboard new
- channel partners
- across the city.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure active engagement.
- Present project details, benefits, and incentives to motivate partner participation.
- Conduct regular visits to CP offices to increase mindshare and improve conversions.
- Track performance and share weekly partner activity reports.

- 2. Drive CP Sales & Site Visits
- Ensure channel partners send
- quality site visits
- consistently.
- Coordinate with CPs for client meetings, project presentations, and follow-ups.
- Assist in converting CP leads into walk-ins and bookings.
- Work closely with the sales team to push CP inquiries to closure.
- Maintain MIS for CP leads, visits, and conversions.

- 3. Marketing Support & On-Ground Activities
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team for
- hoarding designs, print creatives, standees, brochures, and branding materials
- Visit and inspect hoarding locations, ensure proper installation and quality.
- Suggest new marketing locations or branding opportunities in the market.
- Support execution of
- events, CP meets, and promotional activities
- Assist in photo / video documentation of on-ground branding and share with management.

- 4. Market Intelligence
- Gather insights on competitor launches, CP incentive models, and market trends.
- Report new builder activities, pricing, and marketing placements in assigned areas.

- 5. Coordination & Administration
- Ensure complete documentation during channel partner onboarding.
- Maintain updated CP database and track incentive payout timelines.
- Share daily field reports, work logs, and activity updates.

- Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in
- Business / Marketing / Sales
- or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in
- real estate sales / channel partner management
- (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
- Basic knowledge of marketing collaterals and on-ground branding.
- Good command over MS Excel, WhatsApp business communication, and CRM updates.
