Position Overview
The Marketing & Sales Manager will lead Medhakshar's overall outreach strategy to position the brand as a leading value-based education programme across India. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with high-impact institutional sales. You will drive brand visibility, lead generation, and conversions while building strong partnerships with schools and education networks.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Institutional Partnerships
- Identify new markets, regions, and school networks for programme expansion.
- Drive end-to-end institutional sales : prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closures.
- Build strong relationships with school trustees, principals, boards, and educational associations.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and strategic meetings with key decision makers.
- Monitor monthly / quarterly sales targets, revenue forecasts, and conversion metrics.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Building
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen the Medhakshar brand across regions.Oversee development of marketing materials — brochures, videos, presentations, digital content, and communication campaigns.Manage digital channels including website, SEO, social media, and email marketing.Lead PR, media engagements, and collaborations with education influencers.Plan and run campaigns for programme launches, events, school engagement initiatives, and outreach drives.Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead and mentor the BD, Outreach, and Marketing teams.Collaborate with academic teams to ensure successful onboarding and programme implementation.Coordinate with design / content teams for marketing output and campaigns.Represent Medhakshar at conferences, education summits, and forums.Skills and Education
10+ years of progressive experience in education sales, institutional partnerships, or marketing leadership.Strong understanding of the school ecosystem and education sector dynamics.Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving brand expansion.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Expertise in digital marketing, content communication, and campaign management.Ability to travel and manage multiple high-level stakeholder relationships.Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in Marketing, Education Management, or related field preferred).How to Apply :
