Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Parent Relationship Executive (Male Preferred ) to join our dynamic team at VIBGYOR Group of Schools. The role involves managing parent interactions, supporting admissions, and enhancing parent experience.
Key Responsibilities
Parent Relationship Management
- Welcome and guide parents at the front office
- Handle parent queries via walk-ins, calls, emails, and website
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up
- Resolve concerns and escalate as needed for parent satisfaction
- Explain school systems, offerings, and post-school activities
Sales & Marketing
Manage and convert leads from various channelsSupport outreach activities society / mall events, tie-ups, etc.Conduct engaging school tours and represent the VIBGYOR brandHelp achieve monthly / annual admission targetsAdministration
Maintain MIS and Lead Management entriesAssist in audit preparation and daily planningEnsure upkeep of the discovery room and marketing materialsCandidate Profile
Gender : Male PreferredExperience : at least 1.5+ years in front office, customer service, sales, or education industryKey Skills :Strong communication & interpersonal skillsCRM handling & admissions process knowledgeConfident, presentable, and organizedSkills Required
