We aim to contribute towards building the nation and take our purpose and responsibility seriously.Key ResponsibilitiesLeads from Private clients and good rappo with clients.Lead the end-to-end tendering process for Government, PSU, and Private Civil construction projects.Analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.Develop pricing strategies, cost estimates, and bid submissions in coordination with planning, QS, and execution teams.Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and pre / post-bid clarifications.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors / vendors to gather inputs for accurate costing.Manage prequalification (PQ) documentation, EMD, BGs, and other statutory submissions.Conduct risk analysis and ensure tender compliance with contractual / legal requirements.Present bid strategies and final submissions to senior management for approval.Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing benchmarks.Mentor and lead the tendering / estimation team to improve efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with business development for lead generation and pipeline management.Qualifications & ExperienceB.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).5+ years of experiencein tendering, estimation, or contracts in the civil construction industry.Strong exposure to bothprivate sector projects and also Govt sectorwill be added advantage.Proven track record of leading large-value tender submissions and winning projects.
