Job Summary :
The purpose of this role is to handle technical trials, trouble shooting, new product introduction trials as part of after sales support in the assigned territory, key customers & category of Beverage Alcohol / Distilling unit of Brenntag India. This would be a client facing & an individual contributor role.
Job Responsibilities :
- Work closely within the account team network to generate revenue from the existing customers and maintain good business relations with them.
- Support all the existing customers and prospective customers for product shift trials, new product introduction trials, conduct all trouble shooting activities.
- Handle Up Selling and cross selling technical activities of existing products to new customers and new products to existing customers.
- Conduct plant audits, HPLC sampling activities at all Key customers as part of after sales support.
- Conduct / plan all the lab activities in Gurugram lab to support end customers and establish strong technical image for Brenntag.
- Update CRM with all customer related activities, add updates on all key OPP's.
- Attend meetings with the assigned customers on a regular basis.
- Understand the various issues, pain points and queries of the customers and resolve them in consultation with the Sales Team member.
- Conduct product and process training sessions at Key customers as part of after sales support.
- Arrange visits of customers' to Brenntag lab, as and when required - for application trials and other key activities.
- B Tech in Chemical Engineering with experience in Alcohol Industry
- 5-6 years relevant experience in Alcohol industry
