Responsibilities :Provide technical support to internal and / or external clients.Troubleshoot issues related to Linux systems and software applications.Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.Utilize SQL and relevant tools for data analysis and troubleshooting.Develop and maintain scripts using languages like Python, Perl, and Bash / Shell.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Unix / Linux applications.Assist in project management tasks for Linux projects.Conduct performance testing and automate processes using industry-standard tools.Requirements :Bachelor's degree preferred, with a strong background in Unix and Linux systems.Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, etc.Skilled in Linux administration and troubleshooting in a Linux environment.Experience with Customer Support and Technical Support roles.Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Perl, or Shell scripting.Familiarity with tools like Postman and IDEs such as Visual Studio and Eclipse.Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.Understanding of Agile methodology and project management skills.Skills :Strong technical skills in .Net Core, Python, Web API, Azure / AWS.Ability to write complex SQL queries and analyze data effectively.Experience with automation using Python and object-oriented concepts.Proficient in Unix / Linux / Windows operating systems.Knowledge of networking concepts and basic cybersecurity practices.Hands-on experience with data modeling, dashboarding, and reporting.Familiarity with different API methods and security implementations.Strong understanding of software development processes and cloud technologies.Skills Required
