🎯 What You’ll Do

You’ll oversee content and community-led inbound GTM initiatives — not just to drive top-of-funnel, but to shape the future of how we go to market and position ourselves as a brand.

Identify scalable organic channels to attract and convert high-intent B2B leads

Create learning content, growth loops, and funnels that double as education and lead nurture

Set the tone and create distribution across LinkedIn, X, Reddit with thoughtful content that resonates with our ICP

Structure content for AI-driven surfaces (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Bing Copilot)

Build answer-friendly content blocks, FAQs, and evidence-backed comparisons

Organic / Social : Experiment with Instagram / TikTok-style content and UGC-style creatives.

Copywriting : Write hooks, ad copy, subject lines — not just design visuals.

Be a self-starter and work with the leadership and marketing team to generate all the sales collateral required to supercharge your outreach - use AI vibe creation tools to churn out mock-ups, demo videos

Experiment, iterate, and codify the 0→1→10 growth playbook for our business

✅ What We’re Looking For

0–2 years in content and community, sales, GTM, SEO (internships and projects count)

You have created your own communities, content pages and have a voice on LinkedIn / X and understand what it means to create distribution

You don’t take no for an answer and can set big, hairy audacious goals with the persistence to achieve them

You've worked at an early-stage startup and built content and inbound sales systems from scratch and are comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-first environments

Analytical mindset with bias for action : spot patterns → suggest fixes → measure impact
