Project Manager (IT Infra System / Support)

Job Role : - Technical Project Manager- (IT Infra System / Support)

Experience : - 5 years experience (IT project management)

3-5 years experience (In using Wintel, M365, Intune, VMware, Azure, SolarWinds, and backup solutions)

Job responsibilities : -

• implement the end-to-end delivery of APAC IT infrastructure projects, including client / server OS refresh, endpoint management deployment, backup infrastructure enhancements, monitoring services, and resource augmentation offshoring initiatives ensuring alignment with Regional / Head Office objectives, timelines, and best practices. (Not limited to Win11 migration, Win Server 2012 / 2016 upgrade, Intune related, Rubrik back-up, offshore operation related, Zscaler deployment, and SolarWinds project, etc that are initiated by regional or head office team)
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams in APAC to deliver project objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Prepare and present project documentation and reports to senior management.
• Identify project issue, risks and develop mitigation plan to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor and control project progress to achieve project goals and objectives
