Job Title : IT Recruiter – Contracting & Staffing

Location : Bangalore

About the Role :

We are looking for smart and dynamic IT Recruiters with experience in contracting and staffing, who can drive end-to-end recruitment processes for top IT skills such as Java, Python, and other technologies .

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle full-cycle IT recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Work extensively on contractual and permanent staffing requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Assess technical skills (Java, Python, etc.) and cultural fit of candidates
• Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers with candidates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
