Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong expertise in contract staffing . The role involves end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality delivery of candidates for client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT roles in contract staffing.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants for repeat business.
- Ensure timely onboarding and smooth transition of candidates.
- Achieve hiring targets and contribute to team performance.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment , preferably in contract staffing .Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.
