About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Partnerships to lead and execute our strategic partnership initiatives. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills who can drive revenue and business expansion through strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities : ,

• Develop and implement the company’s partnership strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-value strategic partners.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
• Lead partnership negotiations, contracts, and agreements to maximise mutual value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) for successful partnership execution.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on partnership performance and ROI.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the partnerships team.

Skills and Qualifications :

Experience : 3–5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or alliance management.

Salary Range : ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
