We're looking for a Tech Recruiter who will play a key role in scaling our engineering and product teams. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and assessing top tech talent to building a strong employer brand that attracts the best in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across engineering, product, data, and design roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing → assessment → interviews → offer closure
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
• Maintain and manage the ATS to ensure smooth tracking and reporting.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Work with leadership on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
