Key Responsibilities :

As a Senior System Administrator, you will be responsible for :

• IT Strategy & Planning : Align IT infrastructure with business goals and drive strategic IT initiatives.
• Infrastructure Management : Maintain and optimize servers, storage, and cloud environments.
• Operational Management : Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of IT systems and services.
• Networking & Connectivity : Configure and manage LAN, WAN, VPNs, and internet connectivity.
• Hardware & Software Management : Oversee procurement, setup, and lifecycle management of IT assets.
• Security & Data Protection : Implement best practices in cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with service providers and internal teams for IT solutions.
• Tech Support & Troubleshooting : Provide Level 2 / 3 support for system issues and user queries.
• Budgeting & Resource Management : Plan and manage IT budgets, tools, and resources efficiently.
• Digital Transformation : Lead adoption of new technologies and contribute to automation initiatives.
