Role : Account Executive
As an
Account Executive , you’ll own the full sales cycle and play a key role in expanding Docsumo’s enterprise customer base in the
U.S. market . You’ll work closely with the
Founders
and
Director of Sales , gaining hands-on experience in
enterprise SaaS sales
within a fast-growing, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end sales cycle
— from prospecting to closing deals and driving post-sale growth through referrals and upselling.
Conduct outbound sales activities including calls, emails, campaigns, and demos.
Qualify inbound leads and advance them through the pipeline efficiently.
Prepare and deliver
impactful presentations, demos, and proposals
to tech buyers in the U.S.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and recommending Docsumo solutions for growth.
Meet or exceed key sales activity metrics — including pipeline generation, calls, emails, qualified opportunities, and closed deals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with
Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering
teams to share insights and influence product direction.
Maintain
CRM accuracy
to ensure reliable reporting and analytics.
Requirements
Must Have : Minimum
7 years of total sales experience , with
at least 3 years as an Account Executive
(new logo acquisition).
Proven track record of closing deals with
ACV of at least $20K .
Experience selling to
operations or technology teams
in the
U.S. market .
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience selling
workflow automation or process automation solutions .
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Comfortable working in the
U.S. shift (5 PM – 2 AM IST) .
Notice period : Maximum 30 days .
Preferred :
8+ years of overall experience , including
4+ years as an AE
(eligible for Sr. AE role).
Experience closing
$50K+ ACV
enterprise deals.
Prior experience working with
C-level and Director-level executives .
Proficiency with
HubSpot or similar CRMs , and tools like
Excel, Google Suite, and Gmail .
Strong self-motivation, goal orientation, and a growth mindset.
