About the Role :
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Account Director to lead key client accounts and drive integrated campaigns across digital and mainline platforms. The ideal candidate will bring 8–11 years of hands-on experience in a reputed advertising agency, with proven expertise in client relationship management, strategic planning, campaign execution, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the strategic lead and senior point of contact for key clients
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns (digital + mainline)
- Oversee and guide internal teams — creative, strategy, media, digital, and production
- Translate client briefs into actionable strategies and high-impact campaigns
- Develop and present strategic recommendations, campaign plans, and performance reports
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet / exceed client expectations
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and identify opportunities for business growth
- Mentor and manage account management teams to deliver at a high standard
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market insights, and competitive landscape
Requirements :
8–11 years of experience in client servicing within a reputed advertising agencyStrong understanding and experience in both digital and mainline advertisingProven track record of managing integrated campaigns and brand strategyExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to think strategically while also managing execution with precisionExperience in managing and mentoring a teamBachelor's / Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related fieldCandidates must be currently based in Gurugram or open to relocating
