Job descriptionDesign and execute engagement strategies to improve morale and retention Lead employee surveys (eNPS) and act on feedback Manage internal communications, town halls, and culture-building initiatives Work with global HRBPs to implement engagement action plans tailored to India Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with Indian labor laws and global standards Train managers and employees on HR policies and ensure compliance Proactively monitor policy adherence and escalate deviations Use HRIS and analytics tools to track workforce trends, attrition, engagement, etc. Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership teams Recommend HR strategies based on data insights
Employee Relations :
- Serve as the senior advisor for complex employee relations issues
- Guide conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures
- Maintain an inclusive, compliant, and respectful workplace culture
- Conduct internal investigations with a focus on fairness and consistency
