Job Description :

We're seeking an experienced Manager - Human Resources to join our firm. The successful candidate will oversee the appraisal process, supervise recruitment activities, and handle general HR functions, including payroll management. This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the appraisal process, ensuring timely completion and accurate ratings
  • Supervise recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Handle general HR functions, such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance
  • Manage payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement

Requirements :

  • MBA degree from a reputable institution
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT company
  • Proven experience in handling appraisal processes, recruitment, and payroll management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
