Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all HR functions in our organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations, including managing the hiring, employee engagement, talent management, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and policy implementation.
You will play a key role in shaping our company culture and ensuring a compliant and people-first work environment.
Key & Talent Management :
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Manage recruitment life cyclejob postings, sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Plan and execute employee training & development programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement :
Act as the point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.Conduct performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.HR Operations :
Maintain and update HRMIS / employee database.Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.Draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs.Handle documentation, letters (offer, increment, relieving), and employee records.Payroll & Compliance :
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus Act, etc.Coordinate with finance for disbursement and tax filings (TDS, Form 16, etc.Liaise with external auditors and government departments for inspections and Bachelors degree or MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).6+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in mid-sized companies with a headcount of 200 to 500.Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.Proficient in HR software (Zoho, etc.) and MS Office tools.Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.Key Skills :
