Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all HR functions in our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations, including managing the hiring, employee engagement, talent management, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and policy implementation.

You will play a key role in shaping our company culture and ensuring a compliant and people-first work environment.

Key & Talent Management :

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Manage recruitment life cyclejob postings, sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Plan and execute employee training & development programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement :

  • Act as the point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.
  • HR Operations :

  • Maintain and update HRMIS / employee database.
  • Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs.
  • Handle documentation, letters (offer, increment, relieving), and employee records.
  • Payroll & Compliance :

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus Act, etc.
  • Coordinate with finance for disbursement and tax filings (TDS, Form 16, etc.
  • Liaise with external auditors and government departments for inspections and Bachelors degree or MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in mid-sized companies with a headcount of 200 to 500.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Proficient in HR software (Zoho, etc.) and MS Office tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
