Lead solution detailing and lead articulation process while responding to opportunities WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF taking end to end responsibility of RFP responses and working with all stakeholders in designing a winnable Solution as part of the bid response WITHIN the guidelines of the BU WITHIN the guidelines of the BU
Understand the problem statement (RFP / RFI) by identifying missing information and guide Business development analysts in framing appropriate queries to ferret out the missing information
Identify relevant stakeholders for the deal
Own customer presentations by laying the framework and guiding the team to create the content
Set pre-sales standards and guidelines for the team
Assist in business process and operational process mapping
Manage the logistics and co-ordinate the responses leading to Bid Management in part
Ensure that bid costs are accurately forecast & managed
Establish & manage pursuit calendar
Manage internal governance – Solution / delivery / Business approvals and sign-offs are taken before submission of proposal To the customer

Strong Technical knowledge around DWP Hybrid Cloud Cross Functional Services Tools and Processes Public Cloud solutions. Should be able to create articulate and defend solutions
Leverage Transformation and Best in Class frameworks in developing a solution approach to meet client business objectives
Leverage Cognizant capabilities IPs and Alliances as appropriate in the overall solution model
Articulate and defend solution components in internal and external forums including client presentations
Lead Due Diligence activities
Contribute to RFP response build creation ensuring end to end story boarding of technical solution providing multiple solution options as per client context business drivers
Excellent in depth understanding of overall IT Infrastructure across technology and service towers
Accountable for end to end IT Infrastructure solution working closely with Enterprise Architects and Design SMEs to build solution construct
Knowledge of technical tasks and activities constituting the deliverables structuring them logically planning risk identification and mitigation dependency analysis etc.
Present high level ROI and TCO figures to client senior management during presentation and discussions
Strong Bid management and Pursuit Management
