Responsibilities :
Own end-to-end delivery of omnichannel projects (email, web, paid media, analytics, automation).
Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans, sprint schedules, and operating workflows.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (strategy, development, creative, MarTech / platforms) to deliver outcomes.
Serve as the central project manager across marketing automation, CRM / CDP, and analytics workstreams.
Track KPIs, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Enhance process maturity by implementing governance standards, QA practices, and reusable delivery templates.
Mentor project specialists and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in digital marketing or MarTech environments.
Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects involving campaign operations, automation tools, CRM / CDPs, and performance reporting.
Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, or equivalent.
PMP or Agile certifications preferred; practical knowledge of sprint planning and cross-functional delivery required.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills across distributed / global teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Passion for mentoring and building sustainable, scalable delivery practices.
