We are seeking a proactive and skilled Field Service Engr II to provide exceptional service support for complex Building Management Systems (BMS) and other critical building technologies at Sparta Systems. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring timely preventive maintenance, achieving high compliance with Service Level Agreements, and potentially leading a team of service engineers to meet our revenue collection goals.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide service support for complex Building Management Systems (BMS), Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), Security Systems, Life Safety Systems, and similar technologies.
- Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) jobs on time, ensuring 100% compliance with operational parameters.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms, including On-Time Arrival (OTA) and On-Time Completion (OTC).
- Potentially handle and lead a team of Service Engineers on internal or subcontract payroll.
- Drive achievement of monthly Order Booking and Revenue Collection plans.

Ability to handle and lead a team of engineers.Strong team player with effective communication skills.Customer-facing and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.Required technical skills in HVAC, BMS, IBMS, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems , etc.Desired technical skills include familiarity with Honeywell BMS, EBI, or similar systems.QUALIFICATION :
Essential : Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.Desired : B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.Skills Required
