Roles and Responsibilities :
- To ensure installation, commissioning, trouble shooting of heating products, heating service products and to demonstrate the fuel savings to customer.
- Single point contact with customer.
- Handling customer complaints & trouble shooting of technical issues / failure analysis / operational issues, etc.
- Visiting customer in warranty / proactive conditions.
- Submitting service reports & plan of actions to customer preventive maintenance planning.
- Validation & Efficiency trial of products and Generating field data for product improvement.
- Licensing program for TCA for heating & service products and I&C audit of TCA installations.
- Reduction in FOC due to I&C
- Getting customer good reference letters
- Walkthrough installation
- Enquiry and execution of branded service jobs like RLA, health checkup, HAZOP, IIOT, I Serve etc. etc.
