Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant networks. Ensure efficient targeting, budgeting, A / B testing, and continuous performance monitoring to drive quality leads and ROI.
Website Performance & SEO Optimization :
Oversee the performance of the company’s website, including content management, search engine optimization (SEO), and improvements to user experience (UX). Conduct regular A / B testing and track user behavior to increase engagement and conversion rates.
Social Media Management :
Manage the official social media handles of SZW. Work closely with creative agencies to plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Content Creation & Coordination :
Facilitate the creation of high-quality marketing content such as case studies, blog posts, newsletters, reports, and videos. Coordinate with content writers, designers, and video editors to ensure the timely and impactful delivery of content assets.
Performance Analytics & CRM Integration :
Analyze the performance of all digital marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and Zoho CRM. Generate actionable insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Sales Support & Offline Collaterals :
Collaborate with various internal business units to create marketing collaterals such as brochures, product videos, print ads, presentations, and other sales enablement materials to support offline campaigns and business development activities.
Competitor & Market Analysis :
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools or platforms to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Budget & Vendor Management :
Handle digital marketing budgets effectively. Track spends, ensure timely payments to vendors, and provide accurate budget reports to the leadership team.
Lead Monitoring & Monthly Reporting :
Track and report the performance of leads generated from marketing campaigns. Maintain detailed monthly reports covering key performance metrics, lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and growth opportunities.
Salary : 30k – 55k CTC PM
Work Experience : 2-6 yrs
Work Location : Bangalore – BTM Layout.
Qualification : Bachelors / Masters degree
