Job description

Experience : 12+years of total experience, with at least 5 years in Diagnostics

Domain Expertise : In-vitro Diagnostics (IVD) experience is mandatory.

Industry Background : Must have worked, or be currently working, in an IVD company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership- Develop and execute CLS marketing plans aligned with global and APJ commercial strategies.
  • Commercial Impact - Apply strong business acumen to deliver on KPIs and strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Influence- Bridge regional, global, and country teams;

influence across diverse cultures and functions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with clinical marketing, marcomm, customer service, sales, commercial excellence, and country GMs to ensure market execution and customer focus.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • IVD Expertise- Strong experience in Core Labs (clinical chemistry, immunoassay, automation);
  • exposure to APJ marketsstrongly preferred.

  • Commercial Acumen- Proven ability to manage numbers, craft strategy, and deliver results through KPIs.
  • Execution Focus- Ability to drive initiatives from strategy to implementation;
  • effective in cross-cultural setups.

  • Influencing Skills- Strong communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
