Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Studio Manager located in Mumbai. The Assistant Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily studio operations, ensuring excellent customer service, leading and managing the studio team, facilitating sales, and efficiently handling project management tasks. This role requires collaboration with both clients and team members to ensure a smooth and successful operation of the studio.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Team Leadership and Sales proficiency
• Experience in Project Management
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Prior experience in retail or studio management is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• P&L Understanding - Mandatory
