Job description
  • Mapping out the Digit Retail Network based on potential—spotting the top players and the rising stars.
  • Driving agency business growth by working with existing distributors and bringing new ones into the fold.
  • Leading product training to ensure advisors are well-equipped to succeed.
  • Hiring and onboarding new advisors, especially beyond the Digit Network.
  • Conducting market mapping to identify opportunities and expand our reach.
  • Bringing in potential advisors, activating them, and setting them up for success.
  • Promoting central campaigns to boost engagement and business momentum.
  • Maintaining a strong outreach rhythm—at least 75 prospect calls per month and three in-person meetings daily.
  • What We're Looking For

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within the Life Insurance industry.
    • Hands-on experience in the Agency Business, including hiring and onboarding advisors.
    • Strong communication skills—you'll be working with advisors, clients, and internal teams.
    • A strategic mindset—someone who can develop and execute impactful business strategies.
    • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills—you know how to navigate challenges and turn them into opportunities.
