The Lead – Compensation & Benefits will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing total rewards strategies that align with Heritage Foods’ business objectives, drive employee engagement, ensure market competitiveness, and support talent retention. The role will oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, benchmarking studies, salary planning, incentive programs, and compliance with applicable regulations.
This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical foundation, deep knowledge of compensation trends, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while ensuring operational excellence.
