Job Description :
Designing pay structures :
Creates salary bands and structures for different roles and levels within the company. This ensures internal equity and external market competitiveness.
Benchmarking and market analysis :
Conducts market research and salary surveys to ensure compensation packages are competitive. This is crucial for attracting and retaining talent.
Incentive program design :
Develops short-term (e.g., bonuses) and long-term (e.g., stock options) incentive programs that align with organizational goals and employee performance.
Benefits administration :
Manages employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid leave. This involves negotiating with providers, handling enrollment, and processing claims.
Payroll and budget management :
Collaborates with finance to manage compensation budgets, ensuring cost-effective and compliant compensation practices.
Regulatory compliance :
Keeps up with labor laws and regulations to ensure all compensation and benefits policies are compliant.
