Role Overview :
The Vice President – Compensation & Benefits will lead the design, strategy, and implementation of
total rewards programs across the businesses. The role will ensure competitive, equitable,
and performance-linked compensation frameworks aligned with business objectives and culture.
The incumbent will partner with senior leadership and HR teams to drive pay equity, optimize cost
efficiency, and enhance employee engagement through effective rewards and recognition
programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Compensation Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive C&B; strategies aligned with
organizational goals and market competitiveness. Conduct regular benchmarking and market
analysis to maintain competitive pay positioning.
Benefits Administration : Oversee design and management of benefits programs, evaluate and
optimize vendors for cost and satisfaction.
Performance & Rewards : Integrate pay-for-performance culture, lead annual compensation
review cycles, and manage incentive plans.
Policy & Compliance : Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to
compensation and benefits.
Analytics & Insights : Utilize HR analytics for strategic decisions, reporting, and forecasting C&B;
trends.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management : Lead the C&B; team, partner with Finance, Legal, and
Business Heads on planning and governance.
