Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Zonal Head to spearhead our business operations. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in core B2B sales, proven expertise in leading large teams, and a track record of driving significant revenue growth. This leadership role demands a dynamic professional who can balance strategy with execution excellence in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive consistent revenue growth, with ownership of a minimum annual portfolio of ₹50+ Crores.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion areas.
Team Leadership :
Lead, coach, and inspire a sales team of 30–60 members including Sales Managers, Account Managers, and Business Development professionals.Build a high-performance culture with clear accountability, metrics, and development programs.Encourage collaboration across sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve common goals.Revenue & Account Management :
Manage and expand relationships with key B2B clients.Negotiate large-scale contracts and ensure superior client satisfaction and retention.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and stay ahead of the curve.Operational Excellence :
Oversee efficient regional operations with a focus on profitability, productivity, and compliance.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed performance and revenue reports for leadership.Implement process improvements to enhance sales effectiveness and customer experience.Desired Candidate Profile
Experience : 10–14 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital, real estate, e-commerce, or classified business domains.Leadership : Proven experience managing large-scale teams (30-60 members) with demonstrated success in achieving aggressive business targets.Revenue Ownership : Strong track record of managing regional P&L and driving annual revenues of ₹50 Crores or more.Skills & Competencies :
Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Data-driven decision-making with a focus on measurable outcomes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Education :
MBA from a top-tier institute (IIMs, XLRI, ISB, FMS, SPJIMR, or equivalent) is mandatory.
