Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution :
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets for revenue, productivity, and new customer acquisition.
Team Management :
Lead, manage, and coach the team of Front-Line Sales Managers (FLSMs) and bank branch sales staff.
Performance Monitoring :
Track and analyze daily sales activities, lead conversion ratios, and funnel management to ensure optimal performance.
Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and their staff to effectively promote life insurance products.
Business Planning :
Align daily updates and activities with the cluster's business plan, focusing on branch seller activation and customer persistency.
Training & Development :
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve the skills and productivity of the sales team.

Skills and Qualifications

Sales & Insurance Experience :

Proven experience in life insurance sales, ideally with a background in the bancassurance channel.

Leadership & Management :

Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve challenging goals.

Analytical Skills :

Strong ability to monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.

Relationship Building :

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong partnerships with banks.

Strategic Thinking :

Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
