People Operations Intern

Your day-to-day will include :

• Coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicating with applicants about openings, status updates, and next steps.
• Maintaining and updating recruitment and employee databases.
• Assisting with onboarding new hires and preparing their documentation.
• Supporting employee engagement activities and bringing in fresh ideas to strengthen our workplace culture.
• Helping plan and execute training and development programs that keep our teams growing.
