About the Role :

We are looking for an Outlet Manager for grocery store operations in Bangalore, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering world-class customer experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Lead & Manage : Oversee store operations, ensuring efficiency across retail and supply chain.
• Drive Excellence : Maintain high-quality standards in overall brand experience.
• Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team across different functions.
• Customer Experience : Ensure top-tier customer service and create an engaging, memorable atmosphere.
• Stock & Inventory : Optimize inventory levels, manage vendors, and oversee procurement.
• Financial Accountability : Control operational costs, improve margins, and ensure profitability.
• Process Optimization : Implement best practices, SOPs, and technology for seamless workflow.
• Brand Alignment : Execute The Fresh Factory’s brand vision, working closely with leadership to innovate and differentiate.
