We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship fine jewelry boutique. Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day store operations with seamless efficiency and adherence to luxury standards.
Set, monitor, and achieve ambitious sales and revenue targets .
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to deliver world-class service.
Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients , driving repeat and referral business.
Ensure flawless visual merchandising and boutique presentation .
Manage inventory, conduct audits, and prepare reports.
Represent the boutique at exclusive events, exhibitions, and trade shows .
Resolve escalated client concerns with professionalism and discretion.
Analyze KPIs and share performance insights with senior leadership.
Collaborate with marketing teams for in-store activations and luxury campaigns.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail management.
Strong knowledge of diamonds, precious metals, and gemstones .
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English (Hindi / Kannada is an advantage).
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales and operational targets.
Professional appearance and refined presentation aligned with luxury clientele.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Luxury Management, or related field (preferred).
