Job Summary :
The Data Solutions Sales Leader will be responsible to drive our data transformation agenda across the APAC region. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with deep technical expertise in data architecture and a proven ability to lead consultative, value-driven engagements across industries. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a hands-on technologist and a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Coforge’s Data & AI offerings across Singapore, Thailand, and broader APAC
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and strategic partnerships
- Align sales initiatives with Coforge’s global data vision and regional business objectives
Consultative Solution Selling
Engage with enterprise clients to understand their data challenges and architect tailored solutions across :Data Architecture & EngineeringData Warehousing & Data LakesData Governance & QualityAdvanced Analytics, AI / ML, and Business IntelligenceLead complex sales cycles with a focus on business value, ROI, and digital transformation outcomesClient & Partner Engagement
Build and nurture trusted relationships with CXOs, Chief Data Officers, and technology leadersCollaborate with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), partners to co-develop and co-sell data solutionsSolution Development & Delivery Collaboration
Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and practice teams to shape winning proposals and ensure seamless executionProvide strategic input into solution design, pricing, and delivery modelsPipeline & Forecast Management
Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined deal progressionLeverage CRM tools and analytics to drive data-driven sales decisionsThought Leadership & Market Intelligence
Represent Coforge at industry events, client roundtables, and executive briefingsStay ahead of APAC market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and positioningSkills & Experience :
18+ years in enterprise technology sales, with at least 7+ years in data solutions leadership rolesStrong hands-on understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data platformsProven success selling into BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors in APACDeep familiarity with the business and regulatory environments in countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand etc.
