Responsibilities :
- Act as the point of contact / coordination for CDS project estimates
- Support Sales Executives in requirement gathering and project scoping, including attending sales meetings to provide Workday knowledge / expertise for due diligence and proposal presentations
- Provide detailed system estimates for Workday solutions and projects, including data conversion, technical integrations, and functional configuration
- Coordinate with Delivery Team Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for deep dives on complex technical solutions to ensure system estimates and assumptions are accurate
- Author system design scope proposals, including timelines, estimates, and scope assumptions, and review final proposals for validity and consistency
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position the Delivery organization
- Support Sales Executives in reviewing Statements of Work (SOW)
- Assist Sales Executives with Workday model discussions
- Help Solution Analysts and Sales Executives complete RFPs / RFIs
- Participate in new solution / offer discussions
- Articulate client and project needs, utilizing modeling tools to ensure accurate estimates and assumptions
- Quickly understand and advance controls around delivery models / offers, while accelerating others' understanding to the same level
- Navigate discussions with business, sales, and clients to ensure cost-effective, accurate solutions
- Document processes clearly and concisely to ensure maximum transparency and knowledge transfer across Delivery
