SAP Plant Maintenance Manager

About the Role :

We are seeking experienced and passionate SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) professionals to join our growing team in  Mumbai  and  Noida / Gurgaon  at the  Deputy Manager  level. In this role, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting SAP PM solutions for our clients across various industries. You will leverage your deep understanding of maintenance processes, best practices, and SAP PM functionality to optimize maintenance operations and drive business value.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the implementation and support of SAP PM solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to maintenance processes.
• Configure and customize SAP PM modules to meet client needs.
• Develop and deliver training to end-users on SAP PM functionality.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP PM solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest SAP PM functionalities and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and offerings in the SAP PM space.
• Lead and mentor a team of SAP PM consultants.
