Role Description

We’re looking for a Creative Designer who can turn ideas, briefs, and campaign strategies into stunning, high-impact visual presentations. You’ll work closely with the strategy, influencer marketing, and business development teams to bring brand stories to life through decks, proposals, and campaign visualizations that excite clients and creators alike.

Key Responsibilities :

• Translate briefs into visuals : Understand campaign objectives and convert written briefs into visually engaging, on-brand presentations and decks.
• Translate campaign strategies into storyboards or visual routes that show how influencer content will look and feel.
• Design pitch decks and proposals : Create sleek, creative, and well-structured presentations for client pitches, campaign plans, and post-campaign reports.
• Visual storytelling : Develop mood boards, campaign mockups, and concept visuals to support influencer marketing proposals.
• Maintain brand consistency : Ensure design elements align with brand tone, colors, and visual identity across clients and internal materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally : Work closely with strategy, client servicing, and influencer teams to ensure the design narrative complements the campaign idea.
• Partner with strategy and servicing teams to ensure alignment between creative ideas and client expectations.
