About the Role :
As Creative Lead you will own brand's identity and content strategy - driving visibility, engagement, and growth across all channels. You will lead 360- marketing campaigns, shape brand messaging, and ensure consistency across digital, influencer, and offline touchpoints. This role combines a high level of creativity and strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using consumer insights to build a strong, differentiated, D2C brand at the confluence of culture, content and commerce!
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop creative strategy and ideas for integrated brand campaigns across digital, influencer, performance, and offline channels.
2. Build and maintain a strong brand identity and brand voice, ensuring consistency in storytelling, packaging, and communication.
3. Partner with design, content, and performance teams to deliver compelling campaigns that drive visibility and sales.
4. Manage community engagement, PR, and influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach. Stay updated with market trends, consumer culture and behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
5. Analyse consumer insights, brand health metrics, and campaign ROI to optimize marketing strategies
Ideal Candidate :
1. 3 - 7 years of experience in brand and content creation within D2C, FMCG, or food brands.
2. Strong creative instincts with a passion for high quality content creation
3. Proven experience in content strategy, copy writing, creative direction
4. Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills ability to work with multiple teams and deliver results
5. Passion for food, culture, and building brands that connect with modern consumers.
