Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities

Actively source and headhunt for candidates in the marine offshore, oil & gas and renewable energy sector

Manage the client's needs and expectations and recommend suitable candidates

Maintaining strong working relationships with clients

Leverage multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage candidates

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3 years of experience in a headhunting or talent acquisition role

Goal-oriented and independently motivated

Able to meet deadlines and improve recruitment efficiency

Strong communication skills and resourcefulness
