Position : Recruiter (vacancies available for both Perm and Contracting)

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant – IT / Technology to join our team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top IT contract talent. The ideal candidate should have experience in perm / contract hiring, strong sourcing skills, and a deep understanding of the IT industry.
Some of the key responsibilities will include :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT contract roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, , referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
- Negotiate contracts, compensation, and terms of employment with selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT contractors for current and future requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring needs and expectations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market salary benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contract employment guidelines.
To be eligible for this role you will require :
2 - 8 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in contract hiring.Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.Proficiency in sourcing tools ( Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.).Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and rate discussions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple requirements.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.Why Join Us?
