Job description15-24 years of experience in R&D (Bus Body) with expertise in NPD (New Product Development). Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization; MBA preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in AutoCAD software for designing bus bodies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop new bus body products, including concept design, detailed design, and manufacturing drawings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches on time and within budget.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new projects, analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Develop prototypes using various materials such as steel, aluminum, or composite materials.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India) and other relevant authorities.
